Having gone through a serious health challenge my family encouraged me to move to a senior facility close to one of them. That meant selling my house. I had contacted one other agent before speaking with Dennis and knew what the market price for my house was. I contacted Dennis for reasons that are not relevant to this review. Dennis explained to me his strategy and suggested that we price the house at 5% below market in order to be competitive and drive more offers in faster. While I was unsure of this at first, I decided to trust in Dennis's expertise and to take Dennis's advice and go with his strategy. In addition to marketing the house, he also engaged the services of a very capable stager who did an outstanding job. Everything that was done for the sale of my house was fast tracked. Prior to the weekend open houses that Dennis held (less than a week after listing), we received comments from one prospective buyer who seemed interested and said the price was right. You can imagine what went through my mind. After the first day of the open house, I received a cash offer aEUR" which is always going to be low. Yes, I was discouraged. But after the second day, I was informed of multiple offers. The offer that I accepted was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the list price or what the earlier market value said. Note the word significantly in capital letters. I mean it in every sense of the word. In addition to marketing the property, Dennis assisted me in closing the sale in record time for an FHA backed sale. Do not let your fear get the better of you. My personal experience is an excellent example. Trust me when I say you should trust Dennis Elliott with his strategy and marketing and know that you will receive offers that you might not have thought possible. I had been traveling back and forth from the East Coast for the last few years to view homes in the Greater Sacramento Area. During one visit, I attended an open house in the Natomas Area. I distinctly remember how friendly and helpful Dennis Elliott was. He asked questions to determine my Real Estate needs, but was NOT pushy or overbearing. I received email updates regularly in my inbox regarding new listings in the area as they came on the market. And, I remember receiving an email asking if I needed any help, or had any questions to feel free to contact him. So, I remembered how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Dennis is. So, when it came time to select a Realtor, I chose Dennis Elliott. And, I am so glad that I did. I ended up purchasing a condominium in a really nice part of Roseville, CA that is in a great location. Dennis is VERY HELPFUL. He ordered all the inspections, (home inspection, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). He got all that done on my behalf in less than a week!!
