Dennis works hard, knows his market, and is perceptive when it comes to negotiating a transaction. Dennis has sold several properties on my familys behalf over the past few years, and hell list the next one, as well. Our most recent listing with Dennis was a real challenge. The home was small and expensive, and was offered for sale at the outset of the COVID-19 crisis. Nevertheless, Dennis got the job done!

From the first time we talked,( we lived out of state) Dennis showed a keen interest in our sale. He took all our calls and would always get back to us as soon as possible with any information or developments. We had a very convoluted ownership matter that required two attorney to be involved. Dennis was up to speed in all facets of the litigation and settlement.
