Shes very knowledgeable about home construction, basements and the things to look out for, and of the market. Dennilu is willing to look in several different areas and is super responsive. She consistently booked viewings as we asked, and frequently sent homes matching our criteria for us to check out. Dennilu demonstrated excellent problem solving skills when an issue came up after the inspection. She quickly and effectively negotiated with the selling agent to get the repairs completed before closing.
