ZillowVERIFIED Denise did an excellent job addressing our concerns. We looked at a few houses in our price range, but they were not suitable. Denise suggested a beautiful mobile home that was reduced for quick sale due to the owners death. We decided not only to purchase a mobile home but also a double lot to put the trailer on. The process went smoothly thanks to Denise's knowledge and her negotiating skills. We have closed on the land and we will close on the trailer on June 30th. We are very happy to have Denise as our real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Can?t say enough positive from the first day. Denise was the listing agent when we purchased the ground that we just built our NEW home on in Hollidaysburg. It was an easy choice for us when we were ready who to call. Denise was very professional and was with us every step and even helped to ease my mind as a Mother about leaving my house of memories with my children behind as we moved on to new beginnings. I am so happy we had Denise and would definitely choose her again and recommend her service.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise was a wonderful Realator who helped me buy and sell the same house 2 years apart! Through that time she also became a friend! She is a quick and responsive agent! She knows her stuff forward and back. When purchasing she showed me houses that matched what I was looking for and I feel she really listens. During the selling process she was great! She looked out for my best interest and was always keeping me in the loop! I loved working with her and would definitely do it again!

ZillowVERIFIED I have never purchased a home before and Denise walked us through the process with ease. Denise was so patient with us and we never felt rushed. She showed us three properties in one day and we met on several other occasions with other properties, until we found the right home. She also made it possible to close on my birthday, which was quite the feat. From the mortage brokers to the closing procedures, Denise was right there with her suggestions, expertise and knowledge. We love our home and couldnt be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED It was luck that we ended up with Denise after she responded to a request for a showing. I cannot say enough good things about how amazing Denise was during our entire home buying process! She took the time to respond to every question, answer every email, and send us listings as soon as they were on the market. We originally wanted something in Blair County, but ended up in Cambria County. Denise did not hesitate to travel with us across the counties to every home we wanted to see, and she always accommodated our work schedules, often setting up showings in the evening hours. About half way through our originally closing, we ran into an issue with our lender. It was Denise?s efforts and recommendations that got us set up with a new lender that was able to close on our house in 3 weeks. Without Denise, my family and I would not be living in our dream home right now, and for that we are forever grateful!

ZillowVERIFIED I totally enjoyed working with Denise when purchasing my home. She is personable, extremely responsive, a great negotiator, and really knows the market. She provides extraordinary service, such as setting up appointments in the evenings and weekends with little advanced notice, fearlessly checking out suspect basements, crawl spaces, and attics, and helping to find contractors. She made buying a home a fun adventure, and I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were blessed when fate had Denise respond to an online request for info. We had begun looking to buy our forever home, but had very different tastes and ideas. Denise was tireless in finding what she thought would meet our needs. She was patient in scheduling many showings as we work opposite shifts and would see properties individually and then together if we wanted to seriously consider it. She found us the perfect home and was there through the whole process. Even after we closed she has been there to answer any questions and address any concerns. Next we will be listing our previous home for sale and I feel confident that she will handle that as wonderfully as she did our purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dense is very knowledgeable about the market in this area. When we were looking for a house she always took the time to explain about the properties( and believe me we looked at quite a few), met us at odd hours due to work schedules. Spent as much time with us as needed. She actually convinced us to look at a type of property that wasnt even our list of what we were looking for. Denise knew us from spending the time with us and knew we would love the house. She is a very good agent and I highly recommend her
