ZillowVERIFIED We had our house on the market for close to a year with another realtor. Pretty distressed area, no one is buying blah blah blah. Lots of excuses, no action and we are stuck paying mortgage on a house we are not living in.Took the house off the market for awhile, got referred to Denise. No huge expectations after what we had been through and no huge promises from Denise. She said she would work hard and was confident we would find someone to buy at a reasonable price. Within 5 weeks we have a full price offer. Wow! We are very impressed - then Covid hits, a couple delays happen. Through all of that, Denise saw us through to closing, communicated with us regularly, managed our expectations, got us to the table and sold the house. Cant say enough positive about Denise and her team. All you can ever ask of a professional is to do their job well, manage expectations and meet them. Denise exceeded her promises and our expectations. We are very happy and would use her again in a minute.

When looking at homes she focused on finding the best place for us (and not upselling or just trying to get the sale done). She was realistic in helping us see positives, but also potential problems with homes. I am also fairly certain she has been in every home in Glassboro (where we were buying) which was a huge bonus. When it came time to make an offer on a home we really wanted, there was already an offer on the table.
