My advice to a buyer trying to purchase a home is talk to a lender about getting a Pre-Approval so you know the price range that you can afford and are ready to go when you find the perfect home!
My advice to a seller when trying to sell their home is to get their home in show condition. This could be by getting a pre-inspection so they are aware of what may need to be fixed in the home, de-cluttering, staging and making sure you yard is manicured.
I work with all types of clients including first time home buyers, investors and sellers looking to upgrade or downgrade their homes.
I have many transactions that I am fond of. I have met many incredible clients who I have become friends with throughout the process of buying, selling or both. My favorite part of some of the transactions is when we are in a multiple offer situation and after figuring out the best strategy for my buyers to win the offer. Some transactions are very challenging but when you can work through them and the end result is a very happy buyer and seller in the end, it's very rewarding.
I got started in real estate because I've always wanted to help people and I started my career in the teaching industry, teaching elementary kids. I've always love looking at homes and seeing how people decorate. So I decided to take my love for teaching into my real estate career to help guide and educate buyers through the step by step process of purchasing a home and help sellers by creating an individualized marketing plan to help them sell their homes for the most money in the least amount of time.
I have a taken a certified pricing class as well as many continuing education classes learning the best social media practices as well as marketing and negotiating to help sellers sell their homes quickly and for the most money and buyers with negotiating especially when they are in a multiple offer situation.
