ZillowVERIFIED Troy and Denise marketed our house and had it sold in a week closed in 3. Abby did a great job of keeping us informed. The only thing is the communication from Abby was standard responses and not tailored to my individual sale. Such as sending us a emails for information we didn't need to send. I think at times she got us confused with buyer. I also feel that we didn't get the best price we could and that Triy abd Dennise were more worried about making a sale then getting us a great price. They even had us lower our asking by a lot. I didn't think we were that over priced. And when a low offer came in we felt like Troy was pushing us to take it even after we said we couldn't go lower. But in the end our house sold and that was the we asked them to do.
