ZillowVERIFIED Being from out-of-state and knowing that we wanted to eventually relocate to Eastern Tennessee, Denise took us on as clients with us having no idea of the county or city that we wanted a house in. Most importantly, we wanted to see the areas to narrow down where we wanted to buy. As we were only in the area for a short week, Denise went out of her way to spend an entire two days of driving hundreds of miles to show us six houses in towns that were often several hours apart. We finally found our dream home and she worked with us to explain the process and what the next steps would be. Even after our offer had been accepted, Denise went above and beyond again by going to the inspection on our behalf and researching our shared well agreement, which was a tough one considering there was no HOA in place. She contacted the neighbors as well to dig into whatever she could find that would give us the valuable information before signing. Even after we closed, we had a question or two that she was able to reach out to the seller to get answers to on our behalf. If you want an agent that is willing to go the extra mile for you (literally) then Denise is who we would recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise was outstanding in helping us find land in Tennessee. The process took over a year and she stuck with us the whole time. Even though we ended up searching outside her normal area, we continued working with her because she knew what we were looking for and would screen properties for us. We were living out of the state and properties were getting offers with little time on the market. Denise would video tape the properties and send them to us so we didn't have to travel to Tennessee for each new property listing or video conference with us while she walked the property. She went above and beyond what many realtors have done that I dealt with previously on other real estate transactions. She is most familiar with Eastern TN which is where we started to look. She knew our wants and needs list for the perfect property and together we were able to find it and close on the property.

She was very great in helping me navigate what properties we were going to view in the week we were in Tennessee. She was very attentive, super quick to respond and the home inspector she works with was A+. We were lucky enough to find an amazing home on the first day of house hunting in Erwin which we fell in love with immediately. Denise was on top of contacting the agent who was selling the home and within hours we had a sale pending. I would definitely recommend utilizing Denise as your agent. Buying a home is scary enough but when you are over 800 miles away that's another level. If there was a question she was not personally able to answer she directed me to the appropriate people. I never new purchasing a home could go so smooth. If we should decide to ever sell or purchase another home in the area we will definitely be calling Denise back.
