Weve used Denise multiple times now and she is fantastic! The first home I purchased had numerous other offers at the same time and she was the reason they accepted our offer. I would never recommend Denise to my worse enemy. She never recommended us to get an appraisal because she knew we were overpaying the house. She pressured us into getting her loan officer vs our bank. The loan officer rushed us to sign the appraisal waiver, saying we dont need it. While it was our decision and we overlooked, the realtors integrity was not there. The roof insurance was non transferable and she never told us to ensure it is. One of the items on the check list was not completed. She only got the homeowner to pay $100 when it costed us more than that because it was not an easy fix. She is not a realtor that would protect you or guide you. Its only what would benefit her, which I get because its a business. There are many realtors out there that would protect you and still earn honest money.
