ZillowVERIFIED I would never recommend Denise to my worse enemy. She never recommended us to get an appraisal because she knew we were overpaying the house. She pressured us into getting her loan officer vs our bank. The loan officer rushed us to sign the appraisal waiver, saying we dont need it. While it was our decision and we overlooked, the realtors integrity was not there. The roof insurance was non transferable and she never told us to ensure it is. One of the items on the check list was not completed. She only got the homeowner to pay $100 when it costed us more than that because it was not an easy fix. She is not a realtor that would protect you or guide you. Its only what would benefit her, which I get because its a business. There are many realtors out there that would protect you and still earn honest money.

ZillowVERIFIED I had contacted Denise through the Internet about 4 weeks before we moved from Maine to Florida. I had contacted two other real estate agents, but there was something about Denise that made me feel like she was the one to help us once we arrived in Florida. I had given her details of what we were looking for; size, style, neighborhood, number of rooms, etc.... and the price level that we were comfortable with. I told her when we were arriving in FLorida and that I would contact her when we got here, I agreed to receive some e-mails on what was available during the coming month that we were packing and she did just that without "breathing down our necks" every so many days like the others were doing. I probably sent an e-mail once a week telling her how we were moving along up in Maine. (We were lucky to have sold our home for over the asking price in less than 25 hours.) On the second day that we arrived in Florida, I contacted Denise. We met that Wednesday to review some available listings in her office and then over the next three days we looked at 8 homes. We bought the eighth home that we looked at on that Friday, three days after meeting her. Her knowledge of the towns in the area and her input on homes we viewed made the process very easy for us. She found us just the one we were looking for. It is two years since we bought our pool home home in Apopka on the 14th tee of a lovely golf course and we love living here. Denise has become a friend to us and we remain in contact, at least monthly, if not almost weekly. Being new to this area, she remains a resource for me and my wife on just about everything. I highly recommend her as your real estate agent. She certainly does more for you than find you a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Denise to purchase 4 properties in 2015 and 2016. I was out of town and closed by mail on all 4 of them. I did come look at all of them before I closed but only for a couple hours on each. She handled everything for me such as home and termite inspections she also helped me with the title companies and the mortgage company. She did and excellent job. I am back in town now and looking forward to working with her on purchasing more houses.
