ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was amazing throughout the entire process. She was patient in answering all of my questions and always explained everything clearly before each step happened. She fought hard for the price we wanted for our home and achieved it. I truly felt supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise worked tirelessly with us to not only facilitate the process of touring a list of home options, but also through all of the last minute challenges- including Hurricane Ian- to purchase our new home! She quickly got to know her clients and listened when talking about the desirable home location and features. In fact, the listing for the home we decided on was added by Denise to our tours when she saw it listed just hours before we met to start looking at houses that particular day. She proactively followed through on every step of the process with us right through the closing! We loved working with Denise and would highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED With getting ready to purchase our first home, we werent sure exactly what to expect. We had met with a couple realtors trying to find the right fit, but after our first experience with Denise we felt confident moving forward with her. At our first meeting, Denise was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made our house buying experience fun. She gave us great ideas on the different areas in Florida and was extremely knowledgeable about them. She encouraged us to look everywhere and even had contacts to show us further away parts of Florida that werent in her expertise. Denise showed us as many houses as we needed to find our perfect home and once we did, not even a historic hurricane prevented her from having our closing proceed as soon as possible, making sure there were no loose ends. Since we closed, she also provided us with fantastic connections to multiple vendors, giving us great resources moving forward. Denise continued her high level of communication with us from beginning to end and we really appreciate everything she has done to help us find our perfect home!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, my husband and I wanted to make sure that we had a team of people who would be on our side throughout the entire buying process. We were referred to Denise Pellegrino and she was very helpful every step of the way! She was always there to answer any questions we had, and very quick to respond. Most of all, she was a pleasure to work with, always positive and encouraging! We are so thankful that we got to work alongside Denise in buying our first home! ZillowVERIFIED Denise is a true professional. She understands individual needs, and how they translate into the best home for a family. She is dedicated and honest, and I would recommend her to anyone moving into the Central Florida region looking for a home. Always quick to respond to questions, concerns and frustrations, and made me feel like I was always her number one priority. We looked at dozens of homes, both virtually and in person, we discussed buying land and building, we looked at new builds and existing homes, and even with the crazy market right now, she was able to easily and efficiently navigate the uncertainty and find the perfect home for us at a fair and reasonable price. A true rockstar!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise Pellegrino was our realtor. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. She helped us buy a home in Florida. We were working with her from another state. Knowing our needs she emailed us homes she found before many people saw them. When we put in a bid, she was ready to present it without delay. Once it was accepted, she was available 24/7 by phone, text, or email and her response was in minutes. She kept on top of things, checked in regularly and was with us every step of the way. Working with Denise Pellegrino will make it much easier buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is an amazing realtor. She was professional and through. We just moved here from New Mexico and have been working with Denise since Jan 2020. Our desire was to build a new construction home; which normally can be a challenge from out-of-state. This was not the case with Denise! She drove spoke to various builders and then drove to the sites to face time with us so we could see the sites and model homes. Denise stood in the gap for us working with the building rep and project manager. We always felt like she was taking care of us. My husband and I would highly recommend working with Denise.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Denise. She is honest and her years of experience in real estate really shows. She helped us narrow down the location we wanted to be in, addressing our main concern of making sure the schools for our children were top rated. We were taking the plunge to Florida from New York, having a brand new house built, which as you could understand could be very stressful but Denise really helped to take the pressure off. She was always calm and knew how to handle the builder making sure they stayed on track for our closing. She was immediately responsive with any questions we had. Denises professionalism and genuine interest in making sure we were happy is unmatched! We would definitely recommend Denise to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise jumped in quickly to help us find the perfect home. She is extremely organized and knowledgeable- we were able to see everything we wanted to same day and she made sure to get our offer in quickly. She worked tirelessly with the selling agent to make sure everything was ironed out and made sure to handle the harder items without having to worry us. She was able to answer everything we needed super quickly and help in any way she was able. She is super easy going and honest in the way buyers need. I cant say enough great things about Denise- definitely go to her for all things home! I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED As an experienced buyer and seller, I cant stress enough to you how important choosing your realtor is for an easy transaction. When it was time to sell our house there was only one realtor and firm we considered- Denise Pellegrino with the Erica Diaz Team. Denise came to meet with me within two days of our initial chat, with a full market analysis of exactly what we could get for the house. Spot on, within two days of being on the market we were under contract. Unfortunately, the buyers then backed out, because after second thought, the house wasnt large enough for them. Denise calmly called, and back on the market it went for the second time, to be under contract for full asking price within two days. Now stick with me- two weeks before closing, Denise calls me to share that the house appraisal came in much lower than the contract price. Calm, cool and collected, she explained that she had already appealed for a second appraisal because she knew for a fact that wasnt correct. Fast forward a week, and the second appraisal came back exactly where it needed to be. Case and point of exactly why you need a rock star realtor who not only knows the market, but knows how to keep calm while advocating for their client. Denise gets all the stars on this review- could not have been happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is fantastic ! My husband and I were relocating three hours away, and we decided to go to some open houses . We were upfront with the different realtors we met that we werent preapproved, just scouting the area, possibly relocating end of the year. Denise was the only realtor to take the time really talk about the areas, look up listings for us, email us some places to go visit while in town, and really gave us the aEURoeno pressureaEUR? vibes. Her personality is very down to earth as well as professional. She was ON TOP OF THINGS from the start. She was always prompt to respond, and with her strategic negotiation skills we were able to purchase the home we fell in love with! We were also able to close on the home three weeks ahead of schedule and she was instrumental in communicating with our lender, title company, and insurance bonding (all while Hurricane Dorian was knocking at our coast.) As first time homebuyers youre navigating blind and she was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. If I could give more stars I would; highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a great experience working with this tram of realtors and especially Denise! Not only did she help us find our hopefully forever home but she worked her magic to get us to close on it in just about 12 days from open house to move in day! She was extremely professional in her role but also very personable! The entire process working with them from start to finish was top notch and they even added in some extra special personal gifts for us on closing day that really made us feel welcome.
