This year I decided to see if I could do the same. With the Olivares and Molina Team I was able to get approved for a loan and find my own place in less than two months AND went from paying almost $2000 in rent to paying less than half of that. As a first time home-buyer, it was great to have a team that walked me through every step of the way. The team was great to work with, very responsive and kind. ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to sell a condo in Lawrence this summer. Not knowing where to start, we interviewed three different real estate agents. (My husband and I had recently sold a house and bought a new one in New Hampshire and we were trying to find a better agent than the two we had worked with previously.) All 3 agents we met with seemed competent but Will and Denise clearly stood out. They were personable and engaging without pressuring us. Not only did they do the market research to price the condo, they prepared a powerpoint presentation to walk through with us. I am currently living in Europe and Denise and Will were willing to step up and handle everything related to getting the condo ready for sale. In addition to their professionalism, their instincts were spot on. They recommended pricing the condo above what the other two agents suggested, they recommended doing little work to the condo prior to putting it on the market, and they received an offer within two weeks for the asking price. We closed last week and we were so happy with their service we already asked to work with them again on our next house sale.
