ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was awesome! I purchased a foreclosure property with her, which is challenging in the best of times, and even more challenging in the current real estate climate. Denise was with (or ahead of) me every step of the way, even when we had some last minute, unexpected issues after the survey. She was highly competent but very personable, always kept me posted of where we were in the process and of the things I needed to be aware of and/or do and was completely patient and professional, even when I wasn?t lol! She also helped me out with a ton of different vendor contacts for the work I needed to do on the property after the sale. I could not have purchased this property without her, and am so grateful for all of her help! I highly recommend Denise for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise has been a great help in handling the closing for my condo. Kept me well informed and answered all my questions quickly. Will use her again. I sold by owner, but she did the closing for me as I live quite a bit away from the property we sold. I also have her searching for our retirement home.

She wasn?t pushy at all, took us to serval location, never did she ever give up. Very polite and respectful to us and the home owners. She is very easy to talk to because she listens to what you are saying while you are speaking. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very blessed to find Denise Stephens as our realtor. When we first contacted her, she asked what we were looking for and what was our budget. We traveled 5.5 hours one way to view homes and she did not waste our time. Every home she scheduled us to view matched our criteria and was within budget. It took us a few weekends to find the perfect match and she was very patient with us. Every time we texted or emailed a question, she quickly responded. After we signed the contract, Denise was very help with the inspections, survey and closing. She made our entire home buying experience easy, pleasant and fun. I would highly recommend her as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I have recently met Denise for local representation of realty assistance. She has reached out and shown me many properties with new development, existing development, and remolding needs. I have given Denise a wide range of elements to choose from and she continues to bring all opportunities for me to choose. She is always excited with showings, and always positive to the property being reviewed. I looked very forward to the continued efforts and to the successful execution of a contract in working with Denise.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise was just WONDERFUL!!!! I didnt have a lot of money to spend and was looking to make a cash buy. Ive lost track of the number of properties she showed me (a number of which were quite a distance from her office), but she never once showed any impatience or gave the impression that the time she was spending with me wasnt worth the commission shed be making, even though I knew it was. All she kept saying was Well find the right property for you, no matter what it takes. I cant recommend her enough! Regards, Duane P.
