When we were unable to find a suitable residence last summer, we delayed our search a year to this summer and started looking again. Denise was available throughout, and always kept us in mind with new listings and checked in regularly. During this time, we made offers on multiple houses, went into contract - which fell through for various reasons, and finally closed on our new home. But Denise guided our search with calm expertise. Her knowledge and love of the South Hills was invaluable. Our Mt. Lebanon house purchase was complex -- three buyers, two sellers and a ton of paperwork. Although it was far more work than a typical home sale, Denise never lost patience, and her positive attitude never wavered, even when we asked her to write up an offer at the very last minute. She always found time to answer our questions within hours (or at a minimum communicated when she would be available quickly). She provided market insights specific to our neighborhood. Unlike other realtors, she never pushed us in any particular direction. Rather, she laid out options, likely results of those options, and what buyers might be thinking of as a result to aid my decision making.
