ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was wonderful! Would recommend her to anyone. She walked me through the process well with good explanations on my many questions. It was a very emotional decision for me as we sold our lake home of 21 years. She was compassionate and yet honest when she needed to be. She had been referred to me by a friend who decided not to purchase a home but was very impressed with Denises knowledge and patience as she made her decision. Thank you, Denise.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was great all around. Both in selling my home and buying one. A wealth of local knowledge and a blessing to deal with. Would never think of using a different agent. Thank you Denise for everything!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise has now sold us a lakefront condo, a lakefront home and now another lakefront condo and is the most patient agent I have ever met having bought multiple homes , vaca and investment properties and this last process took about 15 months of multiple offers and all sorts of issues and she was there witha smile on her face everything and we truly consider her an awesome person and amazing friend!!! Ken & Teresa Robinson
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was wonderful! I can't say enough good about working with her. She grew up in the area so she really knows what is going on and was great with giving advice and direction. I not only bought through her but sold my condo as well. No pressure, great response and the best I've ever worked with! She gets the job done!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe absolutely love Denise. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and best of all, trustworthy. The process was not easy but we were so glad to have Denise advocating for us! She is honestly one of the best agent we have worked with.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy Husband and I can be a little undecisive and somewhat picky. Denise went along with our moods with a good attitude found us exactly what we wanted, like a true professional. She spoke to BOTH of us about everything and she didn't forget about us at any time. Denise Maher has very good qualities for a Realitor: Respectful, detail oriented, friendly, knowledgeable to numerous subjects regarding house/property purchasing, and last but not least - she is a straight shooter! She is one of the most honest people we know! My elderly Mother will be putting her home on the market in the near future, and she will be using Denise Maher, as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise is very well informed of real estate at the Lake, and was very patient with us while she found the perfect place for us. She is very good at her job and have referred several people to her. We are very thankful for everything she has done, and will use her again if we decide to move again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have purchased two vacation homes and sold one with Denise Maher as our realtor and have been extremely satisfied each time. She is the consummate professional, never trying to sell us on a home, rather she let us decide which home best fit our needs. We would highly recommend her!
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was recommended as a good match for my wife and I and what a perfect match. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She was flexible to our changing circumstances and desires. She led us step by step through the process without a hitch. It could not have been easier. We made a lifelong friend.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was very professional. I appreciated her not trying to oversell a place just to get a sale. She listened to what we wanted and let us walk through the places and provide feedback about what we liked and did not like. I think her being a guide and an expert in the industry allowed us to really pick the place that worked best for us and will make our family happy for years to come. With us living in another city she was very accomodating in being present when we could not for things like meeting a repairman to make sure the heating unit worked right and doing the final walk through on the day of for us. I would recommend Denise to another person/family looking to buy a home.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt has been 13 years since we have sold a home and although many things are the same, today's fast pace transaction envirment created some seller anxiety that Denise handled with the utmost professionalism. A great experience and would recommend her and the Jane Kelly team for any real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise did a great job and was easy to work with. She responded quickly to our questions. She answered our questions after our purchase was complete as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was very helpful with the purchase of our condo. She was recommended by friends of ours that had previously purchased a condo. Denise was easy to communicate with during our experience. She was quick to respond to our questions as well as giving us advice during the showing and purchase of the property. I would recommend Denise if your are interested in any property at the Lake of the Ozarks.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise was a pleasure to deal with; it was a pleasant experience purchasing our lake home. She was always immediately responsive to every question we had and worked on her end to secure the answers we needed from the seller. Denise is incredibly knowledgable about the area and has the needed contact information for everyone imaginable. Thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe really enjoyed Denise and her willingness to take us to so many properties within and around the lake. It was a lot of car time and she made us feel comfortable.
ZillowVERIFIEDI was introduced to Denise simply because she answered the phone during an off hour. She gave me useful tips on staging my condo and determined a fair market value. Once listed, my condo sold after just two showings! I was so impressed I hired Denise to list my second condo. It was shown frequently and sold after the 5th showing. I credit part of the success to the Jane Kelly marketing team. A 6-foot sign was placed over our dock to be viewed by boaters, and clear signage was placed roadside that led directly to our property. Several online sites listed our property as well as printed flyers and brochures. The key is getting the word out which Denise clearly did. I received a settlement statement to review in plenty of time prior to closing so that there were no surprises. I recommend Denise because her years of experience, knowledge of the lake area, expertise in marketing strategies, and competence in negotiations.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe dropped everything thing last minute on a Saturday to help us! Denise showed us several places on the lace until we found the perfect condo. She is very caring and listens to what your needs and wants are! Very personable!
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise goes the extra mile to make sure your needs are cared for as both a buyer and now 15years as a seller. She takes the time to listen AND understand our wants/needs. We are grateful for her quick response time, her willingness to offer sound advice and to be counted on to always look out for our needs!!
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my family's first home purchase at the lake. We had an idea of what we wanted, but were not familiar with the different areas of the lake. Denise was very helpful in planning the best routs and her knowledge of the different locations helped us pick our perfect spot. We had to negotiate back and forth quite a bit and she was great in guiding us through that process. Looking forward to a fun summer in our new vacation spot.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise is the perfect real estate professional, first class all the way!! Cares about her clients, goes the extra mile, always at the ready with helpful info and ideas. She's the total package. We've completed two transactions with her, and we're sold. We'll be back! Thanks so much, Denise!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were looking to find a new lake home to accommodate our growing family and to sell our existing home that had been in our family for over 40 years. Needless to say, we were very particular and had a long list of must-haves. Denise worked with us for over a year to find the perfect house. She also sold our old house after only one week on the market for full asking price. Denise was very patient as she showed us house after house. She always had our best interest in mind and I would strongly recommend Denise as your agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a blessing!! Denise is a top-notch, professional realtor. Fifteen years ago she helped me find the perfect condo at the lake. Now after 15 years of enjoying that condo, she helped me sell it in one week. I will continue to recommend her to all potential buyers or sellers at the lake.
ZillowVERIFIEDI reconnected with Denise this year after helping her and her husband buy one of their first home years ago when I was in real estate. She always had a keen sense of every aspect of the business, so we were delighted when we retired and were ready to purchase a lake home to find her! She is very knowledgable about every aspect of the business as well as making the experience fun. She was thorough about keeping things moving in a timely manner and negotiating with an out of state seller. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a Realtor!
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise is a true professional, and a real human being, too. Those traits aren't always mutually compatible, but she embodies both. She made our purchase pain free and pleasurable. We knew she was on our side as buyers from the minute we walked in the door of her office, and since we're relocating from another state, her assistance with getting the "lay of the land" has been a real plus. If you're looking to buy or sell, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Denise. She's a gem.
ZillowVERIFIEDYou cant go wrong working with Denise. She is able to quickly determine what is a good value for you, sometimes even before you know for yourself. She knows her product and makes the process go smoothly.
ZillowVERIFIEDSimply put, Denise is an excellent Real Estate agent and a wonderful person. She is very knowledgeable of the area, housing prices/trends, and even the small differences between coves and neighborhoods. This knowledge was immensely valuable to us, being new to the area, because Denise was able to provide information and present options that we would have never thought of otherwise. She went above and beyond to make the sale happen and I get the feeling that she treats all her clients this way. Her communication is great and she always makes herself available. Further, her willingness to assist doesn't end with the sale or purchase of a home. Post purchase she has been available and willing to meet with contractors and provide information about the area whenever we've had questions. You can certainly tell that she genuinely enjoys her job, and wants to help people. We are absolutely in love with the house purchased and can honestly say that we wouldn't have found it without Denise.
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise has sold two properties for us. The most recent one was our home in Porto Cima. She was always readily available to talk and answer any questions we had. The negotiations were difficult and she handled them very professionally. We would not hesitate to have Denise as our agent again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had just sold 4 investment properties in Branson, Mo and decided to buy a lake home/condo at Lake of the Ozarks so we rented a condo for the weekend and went and looked at areas to see what we thought. We called 4 different real estate agents and got voice mail at each one and decided to give them all 2 hours to respond. We got NO responses and we called the Jane Kelly Remax office and to our surprise a person actually answered the phone, and she promptly got our info and forwarded us to Denise Mahers' cell phone and she promptly met us at her office, went over our wants and needs and showed us multiple units until we found the one we liked. We made an offer and she helped us negotiate and close within a day and we are in our new condo at The Palisades with a great lake view. Denise and the whole team were awesome and kept us informed during the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend this firm and especially Denise because we have had alot of dealings with rear estate companies and this certainly is the BEST!!! Ken and Teresa Robinson
ZillowVERIFIEDDenise did a great job helping us find our dream vacation home, her knowledge of the lake is 2nd to none. She has seen most of the properties at the lake and knows the best parts to been in.
