Review Maghielse and Company came to us through a referral from a neighbor who used them to sell their condo. Trusting our neighbor, we decided to meet with Darcy Dicesare and see if there was a good fit. Darcy worked with us to find a time that meshed with our travel and work schedules and when we met her, we were very impressed with her attention to detail. Darcy quickly explained the Maghielse Process and how we would list our condo, hold showings, hold an Open House, and evaluate offers from buyers. As this was our first time as a seller, we relied heavily on the Maghielse Team to guide us through the steps and paperwork. After a short time on the market, we accepted an offer for our condo that exceeded our expectations, and the path to closing was smooth and well-communicated by Darcy, Denise and all of the others at Maghielse and the title company. We really liked the advice Darcy provided to help us prepare our condo for showings, and I believe that her input made us look as good as possible to buyers. Our closing was smooth and, on our schedule, to accommodate our timeline of moving. Darcy helped us from start to finish, and we really appreciated her communications, even replying to a question late on a Friday night while she was on her own time. She kept our stress level to minimum, and she really knows her role and performs flawlessly.
