ZillowVERIFIEDAfter almost six months on the market with another realtor and very little traction, we decided to switch, and it was absolutely the right call. From day one, Denise and her team brought a renewed sense of strategy, urgency, and professionalism to the process. We are deeply grateful for their persistence, work ethic, and steady guidance throughout what could have been a very frustrating experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise made the sale so easy, even with a picky buyer. Her marketing had me under contract in the first week with a full-price offer. Ive since moved out of south Florida, but wish she worked in my new town- I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Denise.

ZillowVERIFIED I know giving Denise all 5 stars may seem like an exaggeration but She truly bent over backwards going above and FAR BEYOND what her job typically includes. She not only helped us purchase our home 7 years ago but just helped us sell if after we had already moved out of state. Her, and her office, kept us updated at every step and she was always available to us to answer any questions we had a long the way. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and their amazing office team!

ZillowVERIFIED I have to rave about Denise Madan. She is a true professional who brings an elegant touch to the table. She handled the sale of my house from beginning to end and held my hand through the entire process. She went above and beyond assisting me with details that were not within her realm of responsibility. She made me feel like a friend, no, more like family. I recommend Denise highly!! This is the team to call to achieve positive results and a fair price in record time.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is the best in the marketplace! She has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely organized, efficient, reliable, and resourceful. What I appreciate the most about her approach is how calm, collected, and pleasant she remains, no matter what you throw her way. We initially wanted to rent our property, she worked her magic and got us several viable tenants quickly. Days later, my husband and I decided to sell instead. She immediately put her seller's hat on and secured a buyer within the month. I know she is extremely busy with other clients, but somehow, she always manages to make you feel like you are her only customer. Our family has used her services for all our properties throughout the years. We all had a wonderful, one-of-a-kind experience with her! I have recommended her to everyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold my condo and worked with an excellent realtor who made the process smooth and stress-free. They were great at communicating with both me and the association, and worked well with the buyer's realtor to ensure everyone was on the same page throughout the process. He was always responsive and attentive to my needs and made me feel like my sale was a priority. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with this realtor, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise was very professional and knowledgeable on selling homes in my area. She gave expert advice about the price I should list at and what minor home improvements needed to be done prior to showings. She negotiated a great deal for me by getting me an offer above my asking price. She was very attentive and responsive to my emails and texts. She is one of the best realtors Ive ever hired in the last 22 years. I would recommend her and I would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise and her team worked diligently in getting my house on the market and sold in matter of 3-4 weeks! They took care of every detail from day 0 when they came to see my house prepared with detailed research about real state market in my area, to open house within 7 days and excellent communication with other realtors, potential buyers and the title company. They even went an extra mile helped me closing some open permits I was not aware of so we could close on the date we planned. I have never worked with such a professional, friendly and efficient group of realtors. They took things to another level and made the whole process stress-free for me. Would hire them on the spot again and highly recommend to everyone out there selling or buying a property.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning, Denise was there in constant communication with us. We live in New York and were looking to buy a place in Florida. From the day we arrived, she had locations to show us and was very patient with us. After seeing multiple properties, we found a beautiful Condo in the City of Weston. From start to finish Denise and her team, Joel and Ashley, were there for us. I would recommend them very highly for their professionalism, expertise, patience and their demonstrating that they truly wanted us to be happy in the new condo.Their recommendations of potential service providers was also right on the money. If you are looking for an excellent, responsive team for your new or 2nd home, you have found it with Denise and her partners.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Denise through Ideal Agent. Once were put in contact with Denise, she called us right away to discuss our situation. We traveled to Miami for a short visit to family and to meet with Denise to start the process of selling our apartment.Denise walked us through each aspect of the process, which was new to us in a place we only visited once every three years. Denise with her vast knowledge and contacts specializing in the logistics of selling real state was instrumental in accomplishing the sale. This included help to get the place cleaned by a contractor, working deed documents with attorney and most importantly becoming a part of my family doing these transactions, while we were not in Miami. We appreciate her professionalism to keeping us up to date with everything that was happening while we were in Honolulu. The experience was great, she made it that way. Thank you

ZillowVERIFIED Throughout a very competitive home buying process Denise guided me with patience and expertise every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, I found myself relying heavily on her extensive knowledge. She made herself available day and night to address all of my questions and concerns, and her invaluable guidance helped manage the tremendous stress of home buying. With great endurance she helped me pursue countless opportunities, often going out of her way to find homes that fit my budget and unique preferences. She was persistent and relentless. And now, thanks to her, I live in a home that I love.

ZillowVERIFIED By far this has been the most exquisite experience in home buying we have encountered. Denise, thank you so much for making the magic happen! Words cannot express our deepest and most sincere appreciation for your vigilance, efficiency, and patience during our house search. Prior to connecting with you we were in the market for seven months looking to no avail. In August, when we connected, you jumped right in using your strategic method and efficient communication skills. We went from vaguely looking for a house to having definiteness of purpose by identifying our specific needs and maintaining our poise. In less than a month we were able to find and close on our home in less than 40 days. You have demonstrated a level of passion, commitment and genuine concern for our individual needs during this process. It is evident that this is the formula for why you are so successful in your field of work. I have gleaned so much from this experience! We are truly thankful to have had you to take us to victory! You are a dynamic agent! Thank you for your service!

ZillowVERIFIED If I can give Denise 10 stars, I would. I had the pleasure of meeting Denise back in 2008 when she helped me buy my first home, and now we sold it after 12 years! I wouldn't be able to sell my house without her and her support and never giving up on me. I live in Texas, and she handled everything for me. I didn't have to travel once to Florida to see the house because I trust her. Denise is a true professional, and theres no other realtor for my family and me. I trust her 1000% and can't thank her enough. I really appreciate Denise and her team. Denise is the best! She rocks!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise helped my family find and purchase our first home, her local knowledge of the Miami market is impressive as well as her connections with other realtors, title company and lenders. Once we identified the area we liked, saw several homes until we found the one we loved. The process was not easy during covid, but Denise and her team stayed on top of it coordinating with the lender, other realtor and sellers. At the end we have our dream home. I highly recommend Denise to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I receive a call from a familiar voice, telling me that Denise will help me accomplish my goal. With this Pandemic, I was afraid of what was going on and how the market will affect my dream. After a couple of calls, My wife and I decided to meet Denise Team and visit a couple of houses. Knowing more of Denise and the other way around, we finally have our view in one home that meets our expectations, Denise works so fast and diligently that we couldn't believe that was happening. After a back and forth with the seller, we finally agreed on the price, and we signed the contract. She didn't stop there; she walks us thru all the processes until we finally did the closing. She is fantastic, and I can tell without hesitation that she delivers what you expect.

ZillowVERIFIED Back in 2009 Denise helped my parents find a home in S.Florida. She worked feverishly to ensure their satisfaction, and aggressively to make the deal happen with the seller's broker. She was always available via telephone, text and email for any questions or concerns. My wife and I finally made the move to S.Florida. Of course, we called Denise. Her upbeat personality, work ethic and drive are second to none, which is why we felt confident and comfortable in working with her again. Although there were many bumps in the road due to the seller's agent/bank, Denise stayed persistent and on top of the situation. We are extremely pleased with the service and experience that she provided and we have recommended her to our friends and family who are moving to the area. If you're looking for a home big or small in the S.Florida area, do not hesitate to give her a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is truly wonderful both as a person and as a Realtor and I cannot emphasize that enough. I am a student who was looking for a home to rent and had found a lovely and affordable home near the university campus, so I decided to inquire Denise. Although I've never had any prior experience with renting a home, she took the time to carefully walk me through the process without hesitation. She was very prompt and thorough with her responses whenever I had questions and was very transparent with her knowledge and opinions. To this day, I often receive words of encouragement from her regarding my university career whenever I receive rent reminders. I believe that she sincerely cares for her clients and I highly recommend her services to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED There is not enough room on this site to express how wonderful a realtor Denise Madan is. I have been doing business with her for more than 10 years and it would be a true understatement to say she is just good. Denise gets involved on every level of the process. In my case she found the house for me that I wanted to buy in 2005 and then successfully rented it for me after living in it with my family for 6 years then turned it around and sold it my wife and I 5 years after that. Even through a tremendous fall in the Miami market, thought over priced homes and very little inventory at times, each and every transaction was done with personal care and and involvement that is truly remarkable. On the last transaction my family was over 1000 miles away and the renting of my home and then the sale of it was done without me laying a hand on it and Denise consulted me and my wife every step of the way. She tolerated frustrations from me, and tough negations on the other side of the deal. Denise never lost site of the sensible business practices a true professional would have such as a smaller part of a deal is better than no deal at all. Denise has a soft but firm manner that is always professional and lets you know when things are good, bad or both. I am humbled by Denise's devotion to my home and to the deal I needed her to put together. She always returns calls and e mails and never leaves details un attended to. She is the only reason we were able to complete our sale. In addition to a tremendous asset to her company she has also been a tremendous friend and and business partner. I remain humbled by her sucesses on our behalf. Patrick Sullivan
