Love where you Live? Not a problem when you live by the beach. My goal is to help make your dreams a reality. When I started my real estate career in Cincinnati, Ohio 10 years ago I never thought I would be lucky enough to be living and selling homes in paradise. My husband and three sons always looked forward to our vacations at the beach and dreamed of owning a beach house. Fast forward, we finally bought a vacation home in Kure Beach and we were always sad when we had to leave. Life is too short, so we decided to move to our happy place permanently. Great job! There wasnt much housing inventory available on the market when we were in our house-buying mode, and so we ended up touring many houses that we normally wouldnt. But Denise and Dana were very obliging and although our search process ended up being longer, we eventually found the house we wanted and Denise and Dana helped us through the buying process.
