Denny provided sound advice on how to best stage our home for maximum appeal (strongly suggest you follow her reco's - our home sold in 3 days for well above ask). She has the best aerial and home photographers to really showcase your home and drive interest. After a 1 week "coming soon" listing, our home went on the market on a Friday and we received 2 offers that evening. The open house, surprisingly enough, generated 2 more well above ask offers as did the Monday finale. Closing was seamless. Very good experience working with Denny from start to finish.
