Denise Hurd posseses all the skills. I believe she has been a realtor for 20 years or so. She knows the area really well. She is an absolute expert with the process. She guided us all through out the process and informed us constantly. It was worry free. She was always available for inquiries and showing even in short notice. Denise exceeded all of my expectations and made my buying and selling processes extremely efficient. Denise's efforts were critical since I travel every week for business and I was not around 80% of the time. The house I purchased was a bankruptcy and the process was not conventional or timely. Denise's attention to detail and persistence eliminated all of the guesswork on my end and allowed for a smooth closing at the earliest possible date. Additionally, through Denise's professionalism and market knowledge, I was able to competitively list, show, and sell my existing home with absolute ease. Denise arranged for a media company to take video/pictures for a virtual tour and scheduled all of the showings and open houses. Again, all while I was away for business!
