ZillowVERIFIED Denise was just tremendous. She helped us through the entire process of our home purchase. Even though we were about 3 and a half weeks moving into our new home after closing, Denise and her husband Jay would take time out of their busy days to check on our closed property.Denise is definitely focused on pleasing her clients and lending a helping hand. What more could you ask for!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the task of selling three vacant lots in the Port Charlotte area on behalf of the Estate of my deceased uncle. I live in California. - I listed the properties with Denise and I am so glad I did. - She priced them right, she was very active in getting offers, and she did the follow-through all the way to close of escrow. - She is both friendly and professional. - I strongly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Denise for any and all of your real estate needs. Denise understands the markets, is well connected with knowledge of excellent and creative loan officers, and provided excellent and timely responses and solutions that were specific to my needs. She has made my coast to coast re-location feel like a breeze and she helped to score a great deal for my new home. I think I got the best deal and the perfect new home for my family with her help and expertise. She also has gone above and beyond by providing me with other related resources to facilitate my relocation and ease in settling into my new home in Port Charlotte. I truly enjoyed the process of buying a new home with Denise as she guided me through the process in an area I was unfamiliar with.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay and Denise Heath have been absolutely phenomenal!!! We were a little reluctant at first because we were so spoiled by our good friend and real estate agent in Texas, but with her recommendation and referral to the Heaths we began our Florida house hunting venture. We are out-of-state and our sellers were outside of the country which led to some challenging issues and frustration on our part. Jay and Denise talked us through those times, provided very professional guidance, negotiated a fantastic deal and got us through closing just this week! We will not hesitate to use Jay and Denise again for our Florida real estate needs and/or send our friends and family their way!

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. Denise Heath sold my property almost as soon as I gave her permission to do so. She took all the headaches out of closing and handled every detail in an honest and professional manner. She kept in constant contact with me through every phase in the sale of my property so that I was aware of every detail involved with the sale. Denise did a phenomenal job in the sale of my property and I will recommend her to my family and friends she was GREAT!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Denise Heath for his professionalism and expertise in the real estate land sales. I live on the West Coast and had 5 properties in Florida. After owning the properties for 5 years, I decided to invest closer to the area where I live. Denise called me personally to discuss my pieces of land and we made a mutual plan. All 5 properties were sold within a few months. My goal was to accomplish this by the end of this year. At all times she kept me informed and provided copies - many times - of materials and coordinate the sale with the various escrow offices. This was a very busy time for me and I was traveling a lot, which prevented me from checking email. Knowing this Denise would contact me via text to let me know I had papers waiting to sign. She is personable and it was a joy working with her. There arent enough stars here to assign my total satisfaction with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Jay Heath was very responsive to all my requests to view properties. This is crucial when there is a lot of competition for a property.Regarding the property that I bought, I sent Jay a text at 7:30 am and he was able to show me the house at 9:00 am. We closed the deal in seven days and he handed me the keys. Awesomeness!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have used Denise twice and she has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable and super easy to work with. My wife first worked with Denise to purchase a condo for my mother in law and she was constantly in communication with us, worked with us on getting everything she needed to close on the property, and was extremely responsive when my wife asked to view the property (on several occasions). She was patient, and extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was such a great experience, we reached out to her again to help us purchase the lot next to our house. The seller was not going to budge, but she took the time to build the rapport with the owner and convinced him to sell at a more reasonable price that we could both agree upon. She is simply amazing and we highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Denise when we were vacationing in Englewood and had decided to start looking for a retirement home. Because we had only a week here and a week there to look at homes it was challenging. We would find homes on Zillow and let Denise know when we would be in town and she would line up as many as she could. We could not have learned the area better then with her telling us about good places to eat and where to shop and what was going on in different communities. She is very knowledgeable about the area. If you let her know what you are looking for she will find it. Thank you Denise for helping us find our dream home. The Collins?

ZillowVERIFIED Denise and team were great to work with. We wanted to find a home in Port Charlotte but were unable to leave Minnesota at that time. Denise and team helped us find a place, handled all of the paperwork flow between Florida and Minnesota, hand.led much of the maintenance of the place, provided a whole list of necessary contacts, and finally due to a death in the family helped us sell the home. All of this took place in just four months - I doubt any other realtor could have provided such great service -- THANK YOU.

ZillowVERIFIED About a year ago, my wife and I began searching for property in Port Charlotte and enlisted the services of Denise Heath, whom we ran into just by chance. We could not have been happier with her performance, professionalism, hard work ethic, friendliness, honesty, and caring - traits that are hard to find nowadays. Denise not only helped us find our property, but she also introduced us to a reputable builder for our new home. We cannot thank her enough for what she has done, especially her hospitality in giving us a water view of our land. We highly recommend Denise for your Real Estate needs. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise was an absolute pleasure to work with as she listened to what I wanted to purchase, and pursued that goal. She worked diligently and extremely hard to sell my home, as well as the purchase of my new home. Her work ethics are outstanding. She is seasoned in her legal knowledge of the real estate law, and was able to navigate through every situation flawlessly. I couldnt have picked a better real estate agent to work with, and her husband Jay complemented her as well.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Denise a year ago, when I started to look into buying a house in Florida. Denise is very responsible, she always picks up the phone or returns the call. We became friends with Denise. Even after we closed the deal for the house we still keep in contact with Denise and she is always ready to help us. You will not regret, if you work with Denise.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise worked extremely hard finding, arranging showings and presenting offer as well as handling a difficult negotiation with the seller. She tracked and moved the deal forward over every bump and bruise during the difficult process. At the very last minute when the seller did not meet our expectations he rolled up her sleeves, organized, and resolved all issues to our satisfaction and comfort. Having been involved in dozens of real estate transactions prior to relocating to florida I can honestly say Denise is at a level of expertise and service far above best. If you are in search of a person who can really understand your situation, listen and guide you, look no further. You will not be disappointed

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is very dedicated and caring to help you find your dream house. I flew to Florida from Arizona to see her listing. I decided to keep looking and Denise was pulling listings until midnight even though it was new years eve. Denise helped me find my house even though she was booked to sing at a gig with her husband Jay. Denise negotiated my first offer and got the contract at the price that I was comfortable with.Later, Denise and husband helped the sellers move out and offered to help me move in. She cares about her clients! She cares about everyone.I have bought and sold many houses. This was the best realtor I have dealt with. David Splan

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I somehow found Denise on-line and have not regretted the wonderful experience we had in finding our building lot. We live in Maryland so it was difficult to know what area we would have liked to purchase. After having Denise take her time and drive us around the area we asked her to, we found that it was not what we expected. She in turn, learned what our expectations were for a lot and helped us with her knowledge of the area. We highly recommend her as an agent who truly cares about her clients and what they are looking for. Thanks Denise! Dottie & George Balzer, Earleville, MD

ZillowVERIFIED Denise Heath went above and Beyond helping us find a vacation home in Florida. We had been looking for a few years before coming in contact with Denise. We are located in Maine so the house search was very challenging with how fast the market is moving. Houses were being sold within days of being put on the market. We Lost several to being outbid and others were already under contract when made offer. But Denise never gave up on us and fought for us every step of the way. We were finally successful and are now Florida home owners. You could not find a more loyal, hard working realtor than Denise Heath. So very grateful to have had her help and very pleased to call her our friend.
