    Denise sold two of our homes and helped us with building a new house. She helped guide us through several difficult aspects of these transactions. She was always willing to listen to our concerns and help us with informed decisions. Concerning her knowledge of selling our homes, she is an expert in her industry and was able to sell our houses quickly and for top dollar. Denise took an aggressive marketing approach. The pictures and selling points were done in an extremely professional manner (the pictures were so nice we didn't want to leave the house lol). We don't have enough good things to say about her drive, dedication, accountability, and understanding of the Real Estate market. Denise has become our friend throughout this process (14 months to build our new home).

    We were looking for a pre-retirement home. We had seen a few houses online that we thought looked promising. She took us to what we asked to see, than took us to our dream home. She sensed what we were really looking for, but maybe couldn't communicate it. She was fabulous, patient and understanding and above all a joy to work with. Plus you have to love her personal emoji.
