Denise sold it in less than 6 mos and this is even during the covid pandemic that had completely shut down the mkt for at least 2 mos. Denise excels in marketing and it worked! In the first 3 mos we had more showings than we'd had in the 2 yrs previously. After we'd first interviewed her, my husband and I looked at one another and said: "she's the one." Denise is experienced so she has relationships with many realtors and she's able to handle all types of issues that invariably come up during transactions.
