In this particular situation, we were faced with a tough market and had worked with three other agents before we met Denise. Denise quickly understood what was necessary to market the home well. She rolled up her sleeves and executed a well rounded plan which resulted in an immediate, significant rise in the number of showings. This despite her getting the listing during the end of year holidays. After a couple of months with Denise, we got our first offer (despite being on the market for a year beforehand). One of my concerns was showing the house, because I worked full time and have two small children, but she made it so easy because we communicated all the time. We left South Carolina before our closing date and I was able to move to PA and know that everything was being handled in my absence. She was on top of all the details, I never had to worry about anything. I would recommend her to anyone.

In a market with low supply of homes, she was patient like a saint with my search and found the perfect home in a great location. While some of the lender processes were not flawless, she was also patient there and were consistent since "We have to close with no further delay". ZillowVERIFIED Denise was fantastic in guiding us through purchasing our first home! She was very knowledgeable about our target area and combed through every listing possible in our budget (very small for South Charlotte). Denise treated us with the same, and better, attention and patience I would expect if we were purchasing a home many times more expensive. After viewing at least 10 other properties, literally everything in our budget in the area, Denise encouraged us to view a property about 10% above our budget. When walking through the house, we initially wrote off the property as too expensive. Little did we know Denise was not trying to get us to spend more, but was simply confident in her negotiating. When we submitted an offer 10% under ask, the seller accepted! Denise is great agent and we look forward to working with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is fantastic! There are not enough stars and good things I can give or say about her! My husband and I thought we knew what we wanted but quickly changed our minds a million times. Denise fully grasped on to everything we said and figured out what we wanted/were looking for even before we knew! She met us countless times to look at every type of house we could think of (no matter how crazy) and always had something positive to say. She is so creative and quick thinking when it came to possible remodel ideas and she was brilliantly honest when we ask her for her opinion. Never once did we feel pressured to buy something just to buy something. She actually made us think long and hard about each decision, reviewing all possibilities with us until we made the right choice. Once we decided on our house she was on top of everything which was such a relief for us. From the negotiations, to the inspections and anything else you could think of she already had worked on it or had a contact for us to reach out to. Any questions we had throughout the home buying process she was just a phone call or a text away and had an answer for us within minutes. We are so glad we met Denise and, though we love our new home and plan on staying in it for a very long time, if we were to ever buy again she is our go to agent!
