Review A few weeks ago we closed on our new home. I always thought purchasing a property was not difficult, well I was wrong. I have completed 3 real estate transactions all with Denise Bush Properties, LLC as my realtor. With each purchase there were hurdles. No matter the problem or time, she was ready. With our last transaction, Denise Bush really impressed me with her knowledge of real estate and her willingness to approach the situation strongly. If you are looking for a realtor commercial/residential, selecting the right realtor is very important, to successfully close your deal. Denise Bush and her team will work for you to make sure you get the best possible deal.

Review Mrs. Bush is a world class professional. Her ability to get the job done and be able to handle my requests in a timely manner was impeccable. Also as a property manager, she was able to make my transition from another property management company very easy. Since I did not live in the area, that made it much easier to make the switch. I want to thank her and her team for a wonderful experience.

Review Denise did a phenomenal job in assisting us with our home purchase. We were buying out of state and could not be there during the construction of our new home. Mrs. Bush kept us informed via phone calls, photos, and videos, as the building progressed. We felt like we were literally there the whole time, and we did not have any anxiety during or after the build. She stayed in constant communication with the bank and builder and kept us up to date on everything. Review We performed research on local realtors in the Gulfport Area and Denise picture caught our attention. Boy, am I glad it did!!! Shes awesome at her job and has worked relentlessly to help us find our vacation home. Denise is thorough, dependable and reliable. Also, she has a wealth of knowledge about the area. It only took her approximately 2.5 weeks (virtually!!!) to help us find our home and closed the deal! She had a Team that worked with her to ensure all our needs were met. She even helped us find the right Lender which secured us financing along with a smaller down payment! She was available at all times for any questions we had and any requests we made. Her 5-star service was so personable that she made us feel like we were her only clients although we knew she had others and a day-to-day Brokerage operation to run. We do plan to purchase in the area again and when we do, shell be our 1st call! #Denisebushproperties #Deniseforthewin

Review So pleased with Denise! She was extremely helpful with everything I needed and every question I had. I had a lot of questions being that this was my first time going through this process, maybe even a usual amount of questions and needs and she didnt hesitate to get me everything I needed. A lot of documents were requested on my behalf which I know required some leg work for her but she came through every single time and took care of any concern I may have had. I Cant wait to work with her again in the future!

Review Denise Bush is the Fairy Godmother of RealtyDenise Bush Properties:aEURc Helped my family find and close on the perfect home in less than 45 days, while we were still living out of stateaEURc Advocated for me as if I was a family member buying a home when negotiating with the seller on my behalfaEURc Completed a meticulous analysis of school districts and their ratings, to find homes in a practical commuting range from work and the kids new potential schoolaEURc Gave me a list of helpful contacts for maintaining my home after closing (painter, repairman, landscaper)Truth be told, I was extremely nervous about beginning my MS home search before actually moving to the Gulf Coast. I was referred by a colleague to the Denise Bush Realty group and had the pleasure of working directly with Denise Bush. Immediately following our initial phone interaction, Denise put my biggest fear to rest, by personally ranking the school districts within my commuting radius. Once I found the right school district, Denise worked tirelessly to find the right home, down to the most minute detail, that I sought as a buyer!Denise dusted me off when the 1st home I fell in love with was sold to a cash offeror. She found me a home in the same neighborhood a couple of days later. Denise made several visits to the home while I still not in state. She even worked with the (FSBO) seller on the actual $/ SF of the home! I cant sing Denises praises enough; she listens to her clients and helps them make the most common sense choice based on their price point and home wish list. I am quite pleased, and would utilize Denise Bush Properties, LLC for all things realty!

Review Yes I will be referring her to anyone that is interested in buying a home. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Even though there were multiple offers she advised me in negotiating the deal. She advised me from beginning to end. I had a pre approved certificate from my bank when I called her, but she recommended a wonderful loan officer that got me more money and a much better loan. She was on top of the everything, my loan officer would inform me of what I needed to obtain and she would already be doing it for me. She made purchasing my first home easy.

Review Denise has been realtor for both buying and selling my home and she is phenomenal! Being a first time buyer and seller, she walked me through both processes and answer all questions I had. She communicated in a way that made things easy to understand. She has great knowledge of the local neighborhood and market in addition to what it takes to really sell the home. Selling my home from a different state, I relied on Denise to help find great contractors for repairs, communicate with my tenants, and coordinate all repairs with the tenants and contractors. She really made this process as easy as possible for me . Any of my concerns she addressed and that was reassuring being so far away. My house went under contract three days after it was put on the market ! Thanks to Denise, my home is sold! I would highly recommend Denise to anyone searching for or buying a new home- whether you are a first time owner/seller or a seasoned owner/seller you are in good hands with Denise .

Review Denise was very through with her selection of house for us while we were out of state. The housing market is booming right now and Denise was there at bat for us hitting home runs. She was very knowledgeable about the areas and amenities nearby and considered those for us as well. She put many hours with us and multiple phone calls/Google Duo Calls. She went above and beyond for us and I would HIGHLY recommend her when buying or selling a house. Our whole process was not your average cookie-cutter deal. She managed to overcome obstacles with ease and also was very good negotiating things after the inspection process.

Review There is NOTHING negative my wife and I could say about Denise. Buying a house is stressful but being military my wife and I had to buy our house from 8000 miles away and Denise really made our home buying process super easy and smooth. She had great recommendations on things in our house that we should ask to get switched or upgraded ,great video walkthroughs, and very detailed walked through! She truly made buying our first house so comforting! 10/10 rating and I would buy another house in a heartbeat if she was our realtor again!
