We did not have to do any thing more then was reasonable total other expenses less then $800.00 which was unavoiable, inspector found dry rot on our patio. Denise did a great job as our listing agent. The process was a bit of a challenge since it wasn't a seller's market and we already relocated. Denise was patient throughout the whole process, very responsive, and helpful. She went the extra mile to keep a watch on the home and alerted us of unexpected activities around the house. That has given us a piece of mind. She's always more than ready to visit the house when we asked her to do so. When we received an offer, she moved fast and made Escrow a smooth process. She leveraged technology such as email and docusign and that's a plus for a relocation related transaction. We are very happy with the service that Denise had provided.
