Denise helped us and was patient on the House search and even worked with us on the random showings we wanted to see after we found it on the internet that same day. Now today, we used her help again to sell our house and she has been nothing but helpful. I thought buying was stressful, selling was worse! But she helped calm me down. We sold our house in a week at a price I didnt think we would get. She is very knowledgeable and is always available for questions and maybe even for those panic moments. ZillowVERIFIED Denise was amazing! I had a realtor who was just showing me houses I told him I wanted to see. I met Denise because she was the selling agent on a house I wanted to buy. He would then show me and just read off the sheet I printed him. She asked me about my realtor, and when I told her, she told me that isn't what a realtor is supposed to do. After deciding on Denise, she talked to me about what I wanted and took all my needs into account. She found me a great place for a great price and managed to get me moved in within 2 months. I was in a terrible place personally, and Denise stepped up and helped me into my first house and everything else just fell into place. Fantastic experience with someone who genuinely cared about getting me what I needed.
