Denise was absolutely phenomenal to work with. As a first time home buyer in this market I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a home that I really loved that would be in my price range but after working with Denise for a short time not only was she able to find the perfect place but she worked closely with me to help me understand the process of making a bid, ordering an inspection, how to wire an escrow and how to watch for escrow fraud. She worked closely with me all the way to closing and was not only easy to get in touch with whenever I had a question but would find the answer to any of my questions within the hour, even if it was on the weekend! She worked around my schedule and always kept me posted on any changes that needed to be made during any of the many steps there are when buying a home. I went with Denise because she has a tremendous amount of experience when it comes to working in real-estate here in Palm Beach County and I felt that I would be safe going with a 25 year veteran who knows all the ins and outs of the market here and after going through the whole process with Denise from beginning to end I can confidently say that I made the right decision. If anyone is looking for a Realtor with a winning disposition, and years of a quality realtor experience and who's going to have your back from the beginning to the end of the sale, I can't recommend Denise highly enough!
