Review Deni was spectacular in every regard. We looked for a home in the Baypoint/Pittsburg/Antioch area, she gave us insider tips and showed us areas to be wary about. She recommended a plethora of homes that were all fantastic choices, and helped us tour them on a schedule that worked for us. Deni never took longer than a few minutes to respond to any inquiry we had, and was quick to find out answers for us on the rare occasions she didnt know the answer of the top of her head. Once we landed on a place we wanted to buy, she was able to maximize our sellers credits as well as negotiate down almost 10K below the asking price. Our relationship started out with a random interest in checking out future homes in Brentwood and Deni happens to be the agent that reached out.
