I was hesitant when my husband first brought up the idea of selling our rental properly of 11 years, I wasnt hesitant because I didnt want to sell, I simply dreaded the process. Believe me when I say Deneen and her team made it seamless from start to finish. Other than a few tasks to make the house ready to go on market, I had very little to do. Within a day we were under contract, even better, we were under contract for over the asking price. Contract to settlement was stress free which has not always been our experience when buying/selling. Next time we buy or sell we will definitely be calling on Deneen and the Matt Fetick Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Deneen gave me a call mid summer and told me that we were in a crazy market and it would be a great time to sell our home and try to find one in a neighborhood (and off of a busy road) for our growing family. Id like to say we were hesitant at first but we really werent, we knew if we wanted to get this done and get it done before the market had a chance to change that Deneen would be the one to do it. Could I be biased because Deneen is my mother-in-law? Sure. However, I believed long before she was my mother in law that she is the best of the best and over the past five years I have been around her enough to know how hard she works all hours of the day and all days of the week. She always puts her clients wants and needs first- our house was staged, photographed, and on the market by the second week of August (we had it listed about one month after our initial conversation) and under contract in about 48 hours. Everyone was so impressed at how it showed and we can thank Deneen for that as well. Finding a home was a bit more difficult in the crazy market but she took us to every single home she knew that wed like (or hate) to figure out what we wanted (or didnt want) and help keep our options open. Once we found a home we loved, she addressed all of my concerns (even when I was losing my mind a bit ??) all the way up to settlement day. The entire selling and buying process was so easy and stress free and I know that its all thanks to Deneen and the Matt Fetick Team. They always kept us in the loop and were constantly giving us updates via phone and/or email, every team member is extremely knowledgable and it made me feel much more at ease (especially being 8 months pregnant). A huge thank you to Deneen and everyone else involved for making the entire process easy and as stress free as possible from start to finish!

Deneen contacted my wife over a year ago to see if we wanted to sell our home & purchase a new one. We were not ready at that time. However, we reached out to her in late summer of 2020...just to see what are options were. Fast forward - When we finally met Deneen in person, it was as if she was a long-time friend we invited over! She gave us tips that helped us prepare our house to sell. She commended us on the condition of our home and assured us that if we sell the house, she "would make sure we would not become homeless" due to the hot buyers market. She sold our house in 17 days and found us a new one that was absolutely perfect! We never had to battle with others and risk being outbid. She knew what we liked and delivered. ZillowVERIFIED I can not recommend Deneen Heffernan and the Matt Fetick team more. Deneen was recommended to us by a friend and we contacted her with reservations. We were underwater with our home but had to move due to family obligations, and I really didn't see how it was possible. Deneen made the impossible happen, we were able to sell our home and owed nothing at settlement. Deneen walked us through everything we needed to do and was always transparent with the expectations. She was not only our realtor, but also our therapist as we went through the process. She had to field calls from my wife and I where we were emotional, and at times crying, she was always empathetic, and always knew the right things to say. She backed up everything she said with actions and results. She never said anything that didn't actually happen. Deneen was always responsive, she got back to us with answers faster than I though was possible. I felt like great customer service is a thing of the past, until my experience with Deneen and her team. We did not represent a huge commission for Deneen, but that did not matter to her. Deneen and her team helped us achieve our objective by helping us sell our house in a short timeframe at the market price. We find Deneen and her team particularly valuable in the following areas: Before we list the house, Deneen met with us to understand our goals. Since we are to move to another state soon, we told Deneen that we want to sell the house fast at a reasonable price. Deneen inspected our house and helped us prioritize a list of items to do before taking the home to the market. We find her list reasonable and spot on; we find this service that she provides extremely valuable. Additionally, she informed us that she has a network of service providers, if we ever wanted a referral. We used two of the service providers that Deneen recommended. We are happy with both of them, especially the painting crew. The paining team led by Jose is fantastic. They started on the day they promised. They did quality work at a very reasonable price. They were flexible in how they did work. Our contractor fell behind the schedule. Joses team was great at finding ways to paint around our contractor and finished the job on time. Once the move was completed, Joses team also came back and did touch-up, as the moving company had scratched the paint in several places. Deneen and her team did a fabulous job marketing the house. The 3D video gave a good flow of the house. The pictures that her team took showcased the house beautifully. Our house was broadcasted to all the channels as soon as our contractor finished the work. Within the first week of listing the house, we had multiple offers and closed on the house within a month.We were in another state when the house became listed. Deneen and her team handled everything, big and small, including helping us return Verizon equipment. Let me just say returning Verizon equipment turned out to be an extremely painful process. Kudos to Deneen as she tried and tried to return the equipment on our behalf. She eventually succeeded in returning the equipment. This small thing showcased Deneen and her teams desire to take care their clients.Deneens team is also savvy with technology and very communicative.
