I was hesitant when my husband first brought up the idea of selling our rental properly of 11 years, I wasnt hesitant because I didnt want to sell, I simply dreaded the process. Believe me when I say Deneen and her team made it seamless from start to finish. Other than a few tasks to make the house ready to go on market, I had very little to do. Within a day we were under contract, even better, we were under contract for over the asking price. Contract to settlement was stress free which has not always been our experience when buying/selling. Next time we buy or sell we will definitely be calling on Deneen and the Matt Fetick Team.
