In the modern day where sites like Zillow can show you all the houses available, a buyer's realtor really has to provide value in some way other than finding listings. And Dena delivers. She was able to point out all the things on houses we toured that we wouldn't have thought of, and even steered us away from some houses that looked good to us, but would've had issues later on, like foundations that were out of wack or plants growing in places plants should not be. She even pointed out at one house how the hot tub room and the kitchen had no separation, which meant the kitchen would always be humid, something I didn't even realize. She's also very responsive, responding to my texts within a couple hours every time, even nights, weekends, and while she was on vacation! If you're going to use a buyer's agent, Dena is the one to use.

I wouldn't use anyone else for real estate on the front range. She is always available for questions and advice. She knows this market well so is helpful in valuation, whether pricing my home to sell or deciding what to offer on a home I'm interested in. She has an amazing list of professionals to fix up a house for sale at excellent prices, whether fixing drywall, painting, plumbing, washing windows, quick bathroom update...you name it. And she knows what to fix and what doesn't matter, maximizing the return on dollars invested. And when it comes to negotiation, again, I wouldn't trust anyone else. She's always been in my corner and I feel I've gotten top dollar for the houses I sold, and the best deal on the ones I bought. In this market there are often several offers competing, and she knows how to navigate that from either side. You can trust her and she knows her stuff. She is also a super wonderful person and fun to work with.
