And I haven't regretted it from the first moment I met her. She was friendly, professional, knowledgable about all the areas in Huntsville and Madison, and responded to every email and phone call quickly. As a first-time home buyer, I had very little idea what I was doing, and Dena guided me through every step of the way. She gave me her opinion on houses we saw and neighborhoods we visited, but without trying to coerce me. She pointed out aspects and issues of the houses we looked at that I wouldn't have noticed myself, or that I wouldn't have even thought to consider. When we found the house I ended up buying, she went to bat for me, negotiating necessary repairs while keeping my expenses down. And when there were minor issues after the sale, she helped get those taken care of, too.
