ZillowI met Dena through a friend and am very glad I did. From the start she was very helpful and did a great job explaining the process. She answered all my questions/ concerns and within a few days of listing the property we had an offer for full price! I was moving out of state during this time and Dena kept me informed and up to date until the closing. It was a very easy process for me thanks to Dena and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
ZillowWe met Dena while trying to find a new home. We called the number on the realtor sign and in no time at all Dena was at the building with keys and info. We loved her instantly because she is smart, personable and tremendously helpful. That original property wasn't the right one but she spent months with us tracking down every option that met our criteria. When she found us our "final solution" she continued to hold our hand through every aspect of closing and moving in. She has become a trusted member of our family and continues to check in with us to see how our experience in the new home is going. There is no one better than Dena.
ZillowWhere do we begin?! Dena is our Agent and now our dear friend. Dena is phenomenal! We met her at an open house almost 3 years ago and has been our partner in finding our new home. She is not about a fast sale or making a QUICK Buck, but truly building a relationship where she understood our needs, wants, wishes and hopes, but most importantly we TRUST Dena. She helped navigate the unknown and bridged gaps in our knowledge of the market and was transparent and honest in regards to our expectations. We always received a call or text back and she made our experience exceptional! We could never have done it this well or with such peace if it wasnt for Dena. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Sher & Ernie (Ernie who now has 21 foot garage to fit his truck in)

ZillowWe are in the process of buying and selling plus relo, new school for kids, and change of city. Dena has been absolutely awesome, patient and knowledgeable about all aspects of how to proceed and ways to construct the transaction. If she doesnt know an answer, she seeks out info. And, very responsive. She also spent extra time with us helping us stage our house (not yet on the market). After 10 years on consulting and 20 years of working across industries, I can honestly say the best customer service came via Dena. Recommend her whole heatedly!
