Irrespective of my dismissal attitude on most of the houses he led us to, Demetrius was very patient with my husband and I who were first homebuyers. Demetrius took time to explain to us the process of owning a house. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend using Demetrius as your realtor. He went above and beyond to help us find a home. One such example was using Facetime to help us. We missed out on two houses due to making offers too late. As soon as another potential home was listed, we knew we needed to make a bid fast but could not physically view it due to a planned vacation. Understanding our frustration that night, Demetrius offered to use Facetime to give us a virtual tour the next day. After the tour, we placed a bid on the home. To make a long story short, the seller accepted our offer over another one. We genuinely believe that without Demetrius' help we would have lost out on a third home. During this process, Demetrius was very professional and knowledgeable about home repairs and flaws. His professionalism was on full display during the closing process. In the midst of the seller talking about her hectic day (which we all have), Demetrius was extremely polite but not distracted, making sure repairs that were not addressed earlier were adequately documented. Honestly, I could sing Demetrius praises all day. We were grateful to have him.
