Dee Dee is an absolute treasure. We met when I submitted a request on a rainy Sunday morning to see a house that turned out to be an hour from where she lives. By the time we scheduled our tour the entire area was under a tornado watch and it was raining sideways. Dee Dee said she was still up for going if I was. So we toured the house. It wasn't the right fit and we left. I had not signed a buyer's agreement, and yet Dee Dee began to send me homes to consider based on our conversation that day. She had an enthusiasm and energy for finding me a house that I had never experienced with other realtors. We made plans to see another house and I asked her to send along the agreement to sign. Dee Dee continued to chase houses for me and respond night and day to my questions and requests. Ultimately we found a house 2.5 hours away and she accompanied me there multiple times to see the place and conduct the walk-through. She also arranged a top notch inspector who invited me to join him at the house, which was invaluable since the house is 120 years old and I needed to see the attic, the crawl space, etc. and hear his evaluation and advice as he moved through the space. As with most transactions, there was a bit of tense back and forth with the sellers leading up to closing and Dee Dee managed all of that beautifully for me. She has my very strong recommendation. It was a pleasure start to finish.

Dee did an outstanding job assisting me with purchasing my first home. Starting off with my housing buying process I was a little nervous because I have a hearing impairment, but Dee took me under her care and made sure I understood everything that was being said to me which made me feel comfortable. Her knowledge with the area was impressive. She showed me properties that were within the area of my workplace and my child?s school. For the most part, she was very involved in all aspects of the closing. Also, she was very responsive if I had any questions. Dee is great at what she do! Love her!
