Working with Demetra literally took all the stress of being a first time home buyer away. She truly cares about her clients, not just making it about finding any house but a home in the best condition. She was able to work around our busy schedule, but always made sure we saw the best homes first. Shes someone that lives and breathes real estate, shes a homeowner and an investor herself. This was very crucial because she helped identify any issues in a house before even trying to sell it to us. Shes an experienced Realtor, thats comes with a team of lenders, inspectors, etc.; this helps with keeping a steady flow of the process because of the relationship she already cultivated with them. With the lender she provided we got a higher pre approval amount, closed on time, and actually got money at the closing table! I highly recommend anyone to use Demetra! She does her job on representing you well and you will NOT be disappointed!
