I listed a mobile home on land for a client and they did not know what price to ask for the home. I did a CMR or (customer market analysis) and found that we should list the home at 119,900 and the client agreed. We sold the home for full price and the appraisal came in at 119,000 dollars, my market analysis was only 900 dollars off, and I got every dollar possible out of the home for the client.

Funny story about how I got started in real estate. During covid19 situation my company decided to put out a company email that if we did not get the shot for covid19 they were going to be forced to let us go. I was adamant that I was not going to get this shot. I started studying for the Louisiana real estate test and two months later I passed me exam. They never laid off any employees.
