Review Della is the definition of professional mixed with kindness and courtesy. Cant say enough good things about her help to us! We are very grateful and would recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs as a seller. We are confident shes just as great to her buyers as its her character and integrity that drew us to her in the first place.

Review Della was so AMAZING to work with. She was very knowledgeable, very quick to respond and was honest with us the entire time. She had a list of people to work with in case things came up on inspections and even set up appointments for us. She went above and beyond and we couldnt have chosen a better person to sell with! A+ broker

Review My husband and I met Della through Zillow and she became our indispensable partner from the moment we met, all the way through closing. She is funny, charming, and incredibly well versed in her subject. We could not have been made to feel more comfortable. Della is the agent you SHOULD have. She is fast with the answers that has, and more importantly, if she doesn?t know, she tells you that. She is the reason that we are sitting in our new home today, and if you reach out to her, you will not be let down.

Review We had the most challenging purchase and Della worked tirelessly doing WAY more then her job description called for. Every obstacle that came up (and there were several Huge obstacles) she dug in to find a solution having to learn on the fly as the other realtor, title company, loan companies, lawyers, and water/solar experts failed to do their due diligence. She made it all come together!!! Thank you Della!

Review I cant say enough about how helpful Della was in finding a home that fit my family needs perfectly. She worked with us over five months to find just the right home. She is an expert in the Canon City market as well as its fifty mile radius. she is informative in every aspect of the real estate process, yet still maintains the patience of Jobe.

Review Della was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She stopped what she was doing on a Saturday afternoon to meet with us. She kept us updated as the sale progressed, and represented us well. As a result of her professionalism, personality, and overall attitude I would highly recommend Della to anyone hoping to sell or purchase a home in the Canon City area.

Review We contacted Zillow about a property we were interested in. Della was the agent assigned to us. We viewed a few properties before we found the right home for us. Della was able to answer all of our questions concerning the property along with answers to questions for future wants and needs. She walked us through every step of the way and made sure we were following the time line that was established. Was great to work with will recommend her to anybody moving to Canon City!

Review We purchased our first home in Colorado while we were living in PA. Della was extremely helpful and patient with us. We flew into town right after a record snow fall/low temperatures and she let us drag her all around central Colorado without a second thought! I've always heard people say that buying a house is a stressful process but that was not our experience at all. Quite frankly I feel like it couldn't have gone any better all thanks to Della!
