She is prompt in responding to all our questions and was very helpful when it came to negotiating our home purchase. Delisa is an excellent Realtor. We almost decided to list our home for sale by owner but after talking with Delisa and thinking about it more we listed with her. We sure are glad we did. In this sellers market it was worth it so much to have someone so professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about when to list, how to deal with multiple offers, and multiple showings. We had 40 showings in a day and accepted an offer way over asking. It was the easiest transaction selling a home we have done yet! Thanks Delisa!!
