I am one of 12 children. Since I can remember, my parents instilled in us to "...do unto others as you would have them do unto you." In real estate, I don't hesitate to share my opinion. Even if I have just met the sellers or buyers for the first time, I treat them as if they are members of my own family. If I would advise my siblings against buying a home with a driveway slanted towards the home or a driveway as steep as Stone Mountain, I recommend them to keep looking.. It's my responsibility to help them make an informed decision based on facts rather than emotion. Buying a home is the largest financial investment most people will ever make. Sharing statistics on recent activity and future projections for the area, helps me protect my clients from overpaying for a property.
