After no success with my first realtor I contacted Del to list my house and selected him based on his marketing experience and approach. Del did a thorough market analysis and did a great job of presenting my house. He gave me sound advice and when needed he informed of market changes and what was necessary to sell my house. After several months of regular showings and several offers he recommended a price that got me a signed contract in 10 days and an on time closing during the coronavirus shutdown. I was very pleased with Dels efforts and professionalism. I highly recommend him.

We hired Del to represent us for both our sale and purchase transactions. Del provided a comprehensive analysis of our property and developed a reasonable listing price for the area and market conditions. It is important to note the time of our listing was in May 2014 and in the area of Northern, NJ the market was saturated with homes that were not selling. He ensured our home represented well on the many MLS listing sites to maximize foot traffic. Our home hit the MLS on a Thursday morning and by Saturday evening we had three full-price offers. Ultimately our home sold for more than asking price which was a pleasant surprise. On our purchase transaction, Del showed us homes with a sincere consideration of our established budget.
