Sellers should make sure their homes have curb appeal, are clean and decluttered and all mechanical and appliances in working condition

I recently worked with a young couple expecting their first child on the purchase of their first home. It was such a treat seeing their excitement when they located their dream home and I was able to negotiate the price to be lower than expected in order for them to afford what they wanted

I have always loved homes and keeping track of our local real estate market and felt it was the perfect fit to incorporate my marketing skills
