Deidre always provides a heads up for when showings are happening and even offers to go the extra mile offering things such as window cleaning or just being a set of hands to help you get your house picked up prior to each showing (which of course I'd never take her up on!) And best of all, she gets it sold quickly! Cannot recommend Deidre enough if you are looking to sell your home or test the market.

She provided smart, strategic and realistic guidance on pricing our home to sell, but also capitalize on the market. All told, we sold our home in less than two weeks, for a nice profit over the 2015 price we paid.Further, on the purchase, Deidre calmly negotiated on our behalf, even when, well, not always receiving the same level of demeanor back. Since this was our first home purchase, we were pretty overwhelmed with the entire process and could barely keep up with the hundreds of MLS updates pushed to our email on a daily basis. Once we decided to change our search to Western Springs, we decided to work with someone local to the area and we were connected with Deidre. We can't say enough positive things about our experience with Deidre. First of all, from our first phone conversation to the first evening we met to view houses she was determined to understand what we were looking for and that is where she focused her search. Instead of pushing every new listing to our email, she tailored her search to exactly what we were looking for and even showed us listings that were not even on the market. Since we were first time home buyers, we had so many questions and Deidre was always willing to jump on the phone to discuss at all hours which was so valuable. Deidre found us the perfect home in Western Springs and after we were under contract she continued to communicate with us regularly and made sure everything progressed to closing.
