Review My house was in the market (with another agent) for more then a month. We had numerous showing but no contract on the property. I was not sure what was lacking in the property even after fully upgrading it with all new Kitchen (floor, counter tops), new Appliances, whole house painted etc. There was no feedback from the agent even after telling my agent that I'm open for negotiations. I appointed Deepak Nathani after no response on the listing for more then a month. Deepak gave me some vital tip to upgrade the property that could attract potential buyer. He listed the property and got a ratified contract within a week. I got a contract with higher value then the list price. He also made the entire process smooth by being very responsive. At the end, I was able to achieve my goals and make the entire deal a success.

Review My experience was not great at all. He was very short and dismissive. In my personal opinion I feel like Deepak has the same expectations from renters as he does buyers. The requested credit scores to rent are those of buyers. Deepak needs more training on customer service.

Review Me and my mom were in dire need to sell a house in Maryland city. We had moved to Charlotte. Having multiple horrible agents made things worse and house was taken on and off market multiple times. Having said that it IS SO SO IMP to have THE RIGHT and hardworking agent work for you. Previous agents focused on what was wrong and kept on criticizing the house everyday, which left such a bad taste for us. Our house was not perfect but me and my family of 8 lived there for 12 yrs, it was beautiful. Sadly, previous agents couldn't see that. House was not selling and it had been 4 months. Clock was ticking for us. Here comes the fresh breeze of air- Mr DEEPAK, comes in takes charge , gets it under contract within A WEEK. Review Just in case you didn't know, most realtors don't like wasting time on rentals. I went through 2 friend-referred realtors before I found Deepak and Manny from EXP. Together they were by far the most responsive realtors I have ever had in Maryland or Texas. For every property that they found or I found, they would quickly schedule a tour and send in my application for me. All I would say is "I like it. Let's send in an application " and it was sent immediately. Deepak made the process SUPER easy and quick. My credit score was in the low 600s and never once did Deepak ever give up on me. They were honest, did not push me into getting a place, and honestly got me the townhouse we wanted!! I will DEFINITELY be utilizing both of them again!
