We were hoping to find someone who not only would help us located houses, but also help us through the process since we were not going to be in town during the whole process. Deepak was incredibly responsive right after my husband and I contacted him with an interest in moving to the Orlando area. He was able to assist with navigating available homes to view online and had frequent phone conversations helping us understand the current market conditions and what we needed to do to secure a home. Living out of state, our availability to view houses was limited and Deepak was able to work within those constraints. I was able to fly into Orlando for a long weekend and he lined up 10 homes to see in quick succession just hours after my arrival. As a solo woman viewing homes I felt at ease with his professionalism. He ensured that I was comfortable with our itinerary and travel arrangements. ZillowVERIFIEDPurchasing a home from out of state can be a difficult thing. Deepak Gutpa is exactly the person you want as your agent. He is knowledgeable, helpful and persistent. Having worked with other agents over the phone, I usually found that you had to chase them around unless they they had something right in front of them, they need to get rid of. Even getting them to return a phone call was a challenge. I have been coming to Celebration for years, I have friends in the area, it's a great place to live and thought someday I would love to retire here. All I said to Dee was, "If you see something in this area I might be interested." Within 2 days I got a text saying, " I think this is something you would like." Well, it was spot on and a month later we were closing. Dee was able to handle all the paperwork, negotiating access to the property when needed, [I originally had a friend in the area do the initial walkthrough for me] and had resources for financing, if I needed. Even property management for when I was not able to be in the area. I never really intended to buy something at this time, thinking it was something I would do a few years down the road. But for us, this was exactly the place we were looking for in exactly the right spot and Dee made it happen for us. Even the few times we disagreed on negations with the seller he was respectful of what I wanted, but his experience, the options he presented and general advise resulted in me being able to negotiate a better deal than I would have gotten on my own. Like I said purchasing a home can be exciting but stressful, purchasing one out of state virtually sight unseen, is even more so. Dee's is hungry.
