ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee was great to work with and kept me up to date on all the important developments during the sale of my house, even contacting me past normal business hours to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend her services as she made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks again, DeeDee!
ZillowVERIFIEDDeedee had been an amazing asset in the home buying and selling process. She was able to clearly explain all the documents in layman's terms and was always available when we had questions. Her bulldog mentality helped us secure the home of our dreams and was able to sell our old home in less than 3 days. Such an amazing experience, we would recommend Deedee to anyone looking to buy/sell. A fantastic agent to work with through and through.
ZillowVERIFIEDI cant even explain the level of dedication Deedee has for her craft. She worked with me for 8 months (fha rehab loan) pushing through every hurdle in the way. She was in constant contact with my lender and contractor to ensure that every step was handled efficiently. Deedee is not only one of the hardest workers I have ever met, she is also just an all around amazing human. It was clear very fast that Deedee does this out of love for her clients. Five stars isnt half enough for this agent. She changed my families life forever. I garuntee you cannot find another with her level of commitment and professionalism. I will recomend her to everyone I know for life. DEEDEE YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!
ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee is a true treasure to any home buying experience. She was always there to ease our concerns as first time home buyers and was resilient in a long FHA process. She will bring answers and experience or find those answers for you! She puts you first and that is incredible! She went above and beyond and we couldn't have been happier that we got to work with her. Thanks DeeDee!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee is an excellent realtor. She will fight to get what's right for you, and she doesn't rest until her work is done. DeeDee never pressured us into more expensive homes or sugarcoated any of the process to us. She has a wealth of information about the area. DeeDee definitely took a lot of the stress away in an otherwise insane process. When it comes to contacting DeeDee, she is an immediate responder and she is available on multiple platforms. With DeeDee, you can be confident that someone is looking out for your best interest. I cannot recommend her enough. She gets bonus points for being HILARIOUS.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee and her team, including Curtis, made a very challenging situation possible. As such, the transaction closed on time without a hitch. This is a strong testament and a validation on how knowledgeable she is (and her team) of the the buying and selling of real estate. What a positive experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer, I had no idea where to begin when I found the perfect house. I contacted her the day I found the home and she offered to show it the same night. She was always very available to answer my many questions and walked me through the entire buying process in a comprehensive way. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond my expectations. I've already recommended her to friends looking to buy homes.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee was very easy to work with. She responded to our needs/desires and did not try to push higher priced properties. We would recommend her for anyone - whether buying or selling.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were very pleased with DeeDee and her real estate skills. She was always prompt when returning phone calls and answering emails. She truly made an effort to be available for showing homes at our convenience. I've worked with agents before and she definitely went above and beyond what is required. Thanks DeeDee for nailing down the home I wanted!
ZillowVERIFIEDI really likes working with DeeDee. Because, She care about costumer a lot. She give lot of good advice and she give information very quick! If I have chance I would like to work with DeeDee again! Thank you.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee worked in close contact with us for almost ten months to find our home. She was willing to take us to as many houses as we were able to see at a time (sometimes as few as one, or as many as twelve in a day). DeeDee was very easy to get in touch with, and quick to respond or reply, as needed. She worked within our schedule and with our particular familial requirements, to find and view homes. I really appreciated her approach in showing us homes--we typically preferred to lead ourselves through a home, asking questions as we went, versus having her narrate us through the house--and it was apparent that DeeDee was comfortable in either situation. What most impressed me with DeeDee is her dedication to us, and our entire home-buying process. She gave great advice (everything from paring down our list of must-haves to something realistic and achievable, to advising on offer prices and earnest money, to recommending plumbers and electricians), and listened to our needs and requests, in addition to respecting our tastes and preferences. DeeDee is fantastic at her job, extremely dedicated, and patient (she was willing to work with us, even though we knew from the get-go that it would be a minimum of five months before we would be in a position to purchase), and happy to take any amount of time necessary (be it days, weeks, or months) between viewings to help us find our home. Were I to consider buying another home, DeeDee would most definitely be the realtor with whom I would work, without question. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone interested in buying a home, whether in the Portland area (as we ended up purchasing), to the Salem area (where we began our search), or even further still.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeeDee was super to work with, and I have recommended her to friends. She did a walk-through of our house and helped us decide what fixes/improvements would make the most impact for selling our house. She did a fantastic job handling our listing, keeping an eye on our property, coordinating with our stager, and managing our sale while keeping us informed as out-of-state sellers. Furthermore, DeeDee was always available to us through text, email, and phone calls. Thanks, DeeDee! We got exactly the price we were hoping for!
