Marketing efforts were first class. The use of less text msg's and more direct communication with the sellers (us), would have made the process better. ZillowVERIFIED Purchasing an investment property from out of state can be a challenge. Most realtor's would not take me seriously or treated me like I was not worth their time. I sent multiple agents messages on Zillow regarding different properties and Dee was the only one to respond back to me. She was incredible from the beginning: From listing info on active listings, to taking me around for different showings in a short window of time, and even viewing properties for me after I had left. I have not yet had the opportunity to close with Dee on a home, but I look forward to working with her through the process and to working with her in the future. Within a couple of weeks, a condo came on the market and Dee called us immediately. Even though we were out of town, she set up an appointment and showed us the place the next day after we returned. It was exactly what we were looking for and Dee guided us through making an offer and its acceptance and stayed right on top of everything through the whole process.
