ZillowVERIFIED Above and beyond is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of Dee Langley. My family and I relocated from Florida and Dee helped us tremendously EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Dee and her partner made house hunting a pleasure. We had to bring our 7 year old son with us and it was never an issue. Her partner, Ted, was GREAT with him while Dee kept us busy and focused on finding a house. We bought new construction and with living out of state Dee and Ted kept us updated on everything. ZillowVERIFIED I moved from out-of-state with no real understanding of the local market - only knew that houses that were (somewhat) presentable went fast with multiple bids- driving up the asking price. It wasn't too long after relocating to the area that I decided to actively start looking. It was a co-worker of ours that had recommended Dee... After our first tour together, you can tell she is/was a dedicated realtor with a proven track record. Within 30 seconds of walking into a home, she pointed out multiple flaws and minor details to make sure we were on top of cosmetics and structure of the home - WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE! It was at that time I knew that Dee was the perfect realtor to use when buying a home - SHE TELLS IT LIKE IT IS. Whether negative or positive, she always made me feel she was being 100% honest and upfront. I completely exhausted all of Dee's skills and knowledge throughout the process - but wanted to highlight her negotiating skills. The home I put an offer on needed some work and wasn't priced accordingly. The market was already "HOT" and didn't want to invest in something that would eventually leave me in the hole. I wanted to be transparent and fair as much as possible - but did not want to insult the seller. Dee was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G and was able to make the deal happen with the other realtor. It was a long, stressful process not knowing what I was getting myself into after having multiple contractors in/out of the home - but Dee was there to guide us on the way - always open communication - even with family emergencies. Lastly, after the sale was complete (approximately a month) I had some difficulties with warranty details that was included as part of the sale - Dee stepped in and took care of it within the same day! Top notch realtor right here, folks! Highly recommend from a buyers point of view!

She saved us a lot of headache and heartache if we were going to put our house on the market then. Fast forward one year, (during which she kept us informed of neighborhood prices, houses selling, and so forth); Dee said the time was good and she did EVERYTHING she could to get our house out there. Our house was only on the market 5 days before it sold!!!Dee is also our agent for our house we are building too. We informed her that we would be relocating out of state with only a small posibility of remaining in our current state, she still took the time and energy to show us and get us information on homes in our current state.
