No update or no news from agent. After many frustrated conversations, we found a flyer at our Doorstep. I Think it was a wonderful Miracle for us. Yes Dee and Jim Hays are wonderful Real Estate Agents to work with. They brought two wonderful tenants for our house and both kept the house like a brand new home. Moreover when we told about 3 months ago that, we want to sell the house. Believe it or not, they brought the Buyer in 9 days, contract signed 11th day. My wife and I cannot imagine anyone can do the job like Hays did to us. We just don't find a better word in dictionary to describe our satisfactions. We highly recommend Hays.

Dee spent dozens of hours working with us individually, emailing at all times to help us maximize the most of our time while looking. We found our dream home, provided Dee with our maximum offer...not only did she negotiate the price 20k lower than i was willing to pay. I got blinds throughout, a refrigerator and some modifications I had asked about. It was a great experience and we now consider Dee a friend. You cant make a mistake by selecting her.
