He understood what we were looking for and the short time frame we had to find a property and then close on it. Due to the crazy housing market and our initial decision to look in two different locations about 100 miles apart he provided lots of information from local realtors, checked with city and county planning departments for rental rules on the many properties we asked him to review for us. Hi s attention to detail was excellent as was his follow through. He made the craziness of a low inventory market seem easy to navigate.He understood the challenges and opportunities from an investors perspective in a very competitive and fast market. He was right on top of any new listings and got us in to see them ASAP.He showed us existing rental houses and duplexes in several market places and everything else we asked him to show us. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Santa Cruz County and Monterey County areas having been raised in these areas.He found the right property for us and he continued to assist us through the final inspections and renter search.We highly recommend Nico whether you are buying or selling to first-time buyers as well as to seasoned investors.
